Glaze YOUR OWN ATTENDANT

Knack Studio – Savannah is looking for a friendly GLAZE YOUR OWN ATTENDANT to become a member of our team. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude with a passion for customer service.

This role is all about personality. If you’re organized and outgoing, we can teach the rest! Prior art experience is not required.

Role and Responsibilities

• Greeting all customers with a friendly demeanor (interacting with both kids and adults).

• Explaining the Glaze Your Own Pottery process in a clear and easy to follow way for varying experience levels and ages.

• Attending to customers and helping them with any questions.

• Using Stripe POS and iPad to check out guests and handle cash, credit card and gift certificate transactions accurately and completely.

• Putting away inventory and supply orders as they arrive and restocking shelves and supplies as needed.

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning the studio, tables, palettes and brushes.

• Willingness to learn and take direction.

• Able to multitask and be pro-active, can work without supervision.

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with people is a MUST.

• A knack for art/all things creative would be helpful but is not required.

• Experience with children is preferred.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Schedule:

• Part-Time

• 3-4 hour shifts (9-12hrs/wk)

• MUST HAVE weekend availability

• Daytime & Evening shifts
