How It Works
1. CHOOSE YOUR POTTING PREFERENCE
DIY Potting Bar (Walk-Up)
Drop in anytime during the event- no appointment needed.
Use our potting station and tools to refresh your plant on your own.
Repot by Team Knack (By Appointment)
Book a time slot and let our team handle the repotting for you.
We’ll assess your plant and recommend a soil refresh or full repot.
2. BRING YOUR PLANT(S)
Plants must be 12" or smaller.
Please bring healthy plants only (no pests, rot, or disease).
Avoid watering right before your appointment.
Plants do not need to be purchased from Knack
3. SHOW UP!
If DIY, arrive between 9-12pm to use our Potting Bar.
If Repot by Team Knack, please arrive anytime during your scheduled appointment block.
Appointments will be handled in order of arrival.
